vuonline.com.au only accepts completed, electronic artwork , which must be print ready. Although we do check all artwork before ordering, we ask our clients to adhere to the following specifications so that their orders can be processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. In order to get the correct artwork dimensions, we recommend using our design templates found in our downloads page. Remember that if you need clarification of any of these specs, or you get stuck, you can always contact a member of our  support team.

ARTWORK SPECS

- We only accept PDF and JPEG Files that are saved at 300dpi in CMYK format
- All artwork must be supplied to the correct size with an additional 3mm bleed.
- Where possible please convert your text to paths, curves or outlines.
- Artwork for printed envelopes must have an 10mm margin to the edge of the artwork.
- TEMPLATES WILL BE PROVIDE - COMING SOON.

A6 (103mm x 148mm)
A5 (148mm x 210mm)
A4 (210mm x 297mm)
A3 (297mm x 420mm)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember to add an extra 3mm to each side of your artwork for “bleed”. Make sure the background of your artwork goes all the way to the edge of this bleed area. Keep in mind that this extra 3mm will be trimmed off each side to give you your final product.

1. Once the proof has been approved by client and reply email or signed approval has been received, vuonline.com.au will commence printing or send electronic email to suppliers or associated media organisations.

2. vuonline.com.au will not be held accountable for any grammatical or design errors once the proof has been checked by the client.

3. Colours may vary from day to day, press to press, board to board and back to front, varnishes and laminates may also affect colour output.

For best results PMS matching is advised.
